Job Description

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for various positions within the organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your role will involve implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully placing healthcare professionals in various roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards.
