About Us

We were born out of the need for strategic and brutally effective creativity in the region. With every successful campaign, we have grown, and cherry-picked the best professionals to work with us from all over the region and the world. In 2012, we opened our Abu Dhabi office and expanded the team with our Dubai office in 2016. From these offices we manage a number of local and global brands in Europe, GCC and of course the UAE. About the Role

We push our creative teams to make the best work of their career.

Below is a snapshot of what they’ll be working on:

  1. Challenge creative briefs while understanding project requirements to create change-making work.
  2. Be fluent in creating fearless campaign ideas and building presentations that are thought provoking and show how the ideas work across different channels.
  3. Produce clear, consistently fresh and surprising ideas and compelling visuals.
  4. Work in a close-knit creative partnership with a Copywriter and Creative Lead to generate campaign ideas and see them through from concepts to completion.
  5. Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the senior creatives, CDs or clients.
  6. Show strong commercial awareness, ensuring work is of great quality, while not smashing the client’s budget to pieces.
  7. Be comfortable creating hard-working, tactical visuals from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. A fearless thinker.
  2. 2-3+ years of agency experience.
  3. A good portfolio with the potential to become a creative titan. With 2-3 examples of great work
  4. A rockstar art director with genuine passion for art direction while maintaining high standards for executions and attention to tone
  5. Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker.
