Reefer Service Engineer | Pan Marine Shipping Services

At Pan Marine Shipping Services, we are seeking a dedicated Reefer Service Engineer to ensure the optimal performance of our reefer containers. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refrigerated systems to guarantee the safe transport of perishable goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inspection and maintenance of refrigerated containers (reefers) to ensure they are operating at required temperatures.
• Monitor reefer performance during vessel loading/unloading and while in storage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to reefer containers, including refrigeration systems, electrical faults, and sensor problems.
• Perform repairs or coordinate with reefer technicians to fix malfunctions.
• Ensure that all reefer units meet safety and regulatory requirements for refrigeration.
• Implement procedures to prevent cargo spoilage and maintain temperature integrity during transport.
• Lead the reefer technician team in daily maintenance and repair tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and training for technicians on reefer system updates and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on reefer performance, breakdowns, and repair actions.
• Maintain logs for reefer container conditions, including temperature records, during terminal operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• From 2-4 Years of Experience in same position
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
