Job Summary
The candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations by handling various tasks related to inventory control, order processing, and coordination with different team members. This role requires a candidate with strong attention to detail, proficiency in using warehouse management systems, and excellent interpersonal skills.
As a Material Handler, you will be assisting the Measurement Solutions business unit warehouse team with daily inventory activities. You will be responsible to liaise with the manufacturing, supply chain, and customer care team and coordinate with packing service providers.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Receive incoming goods from forwarders and suppliers.
- Update received items in the Oracle system for accurate inventory tracking.
- Book finished goods in the FG App.
- Perform cycle count entries for raw materials to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Advise the customer-care team about inbound shipments and provide necessary details.
- Record and maintain accurate inventory transactions in the Oracle system.
- Collaborate with Dangerous Goods (DG) packing agents for accurate handling and documentation
- Coordinate with wooden packing agents to ensure safe and secure packaging of goods.
- Pick outbound orders using the Oracle system and FG App.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders for shipment.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain high-quality standards in the warehouse.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, shipments, and other relevant documentation.
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the manager.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Knowledge of warehouse function with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
