Overview of the role:
Delivering art works from research to production and secure that the graphic standards implemented in all Watsons store are in line with the Watsons brand manual and templates.
What you will do: -
Description of Accountability:
- Events communication tools: flyers, invitations
- Designs for way finding, store map
- 3D animation showcases
- Logos editing process layouts ready for printing
- Corporate identity tools: business cards, letterheads, envelops etc
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Understanding of making creatives for website and socials
- Understanding of how digital creative connects to other media channels and forms a complete customer experience
- Understanding of platform requirements
- Eye for detail, layout and typography
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in expressing ideas formally and informally to peers and stakeholders
- Natural team player, passion to push and explore ideas beyond the norm.
- Highly competent in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-design, Adobe After Effect, Lightroom
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
Required Skills to be successful:-
Hands on - Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Flash / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe InDesign / Adobe Photoshop
Dreamweaver / CSS / HTML / Quark / QuarkXpress / Photo Editing
Must have a strong enthusiasm and interest in Cosmetics & Skincare
Must have highly developed merchandising and sales steering knowledge.
Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills, Effective Communication, Excel competence.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor Degree (Masters Preferred)
- 4-5 years’ experience as Graphic Designer
- Proven ability to achieve goals.
- Thinking and Analytical Skills.

- Excellent relationship skills
