Position Summary
The incumbent will lead business development efforts across the GCC region (excluding KSA), focusing on distributor management and market growth. Based in the UAE, this role requires extensive travel across the region and involves building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the company’s products are successfully introduced and adopted.
Key Responsibilities, Across Markets And Business Units
- Lead business development initiatives across the GCC region, managing distributor relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for medical devices and solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and procurement teams throughout the GCC.
- Provide market analysis and insights to shape business strategies.
- Work closely with distributors to manage product launches, sales targets, and market share growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with internal teams to navigate legal and financial matters.
- Travel regularly across the GCC to support business initiatives and meet key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, regulatory affairs, finance, and supply chain.
- Interface with external stakeholders such as distributors, healthcare providers, and local government bodies.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Medical Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Strong experience in distributor management and business development in the GCC healthcare market.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute business growth initiatives.
