Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative product designs, conducting research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, proficiency in CAD software, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design new products and components using CAD software
• Conduct research and analysis to identify design opportunities and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
• Create detailed technical documentation and specifications for manufacturing processes
• Perform testing and validation of designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product design within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
