Aluminum Fabricator

We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabricator to join our team. As an Aluminum Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling aluminum components used in a variety of applications. Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine specifications and materials needed
• Cut, shape, and bend aluminum using various tools and machinery
• Weld and assemble aluminum components according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in aluminum fabrication
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of different aluminum alloys and their properties
• Familiarity with various tools and machinery used in aluminum fabrication, such as shears, saws, and brakes
• Excellent welding and soldering skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
