About Role:

We are in search of a skilled Office Assistant to support the organization and daily administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional who can manage a variety of office support tasks while working efficiently under pressure.   4. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and address shortages as required.
  6. Troubleshoot office-related issues and respond to requests efficiently.
  7. Build and maintain the strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  8. Perform receptionist duties as necessary.
Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with office equipment and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of office management practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
