About Role:We are in search of a skilled Office Assistant to support the organization and daily administrative operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional who can manage a variety of office support tasks while working efficiently under pressure. - Sort and distribute communications promptly.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Monitor inventory levels and address shortages as required.
- Troubleshoot office-related issues and respond to requests efficiently.
- Build and maintain the strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties as necessary.
Requirements:Here are the qualifications and skills required:
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role (preferred).
- Familiarity with office equipment and tools.
- Strong knowledge of office management practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
