Position Description
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for all Amideast sales activities for assigned projects and/or regions, discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction with work falling into three main areas:
- Support pre-sales activities by presenting detailed information about various Amideast products and service and detailing the ways in which meets a customer's needs
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with new customers
- Support to the client after sale, including but not limited to Customer Care, problem solving and exploring additional sales opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, industry trends, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals within assigned accounts.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Conduct corporate external sales visits to new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management
- Foster effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Communicate customer feedback, market insights, and sales updates internally. Collaboration:

- Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their business requirements and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Build and maintain professional networks.
- Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
- Present and sell Amideast products and services to current and potential clients
- Understand potential customers diverse, business needs and apply knowledge of Amideast products to meet them
- Prepare action plans to identify potential customers, customer outreach and sales goals
- Follow up on new leads and referrals from a variety of outreach effort
- Call potential customers to generate interest in products and services that have been generated through networking or assigned by management
- Prepare sales presentations and contribute to the development of sales materials
- Remain abreast of the product knowledge of Amideast services
- Manage Accounts through quality checks and other follow-up activities
- Collect and report on new product opportunities for Amideast through customer feedback and activities
- Work with staff across different departments to compile product offering for clients to close sales
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
- Assist Finance department for collection of payment when requested
- Manage own diary to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
- Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
Required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in any business, marketing or relevant field
- From 3 -5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience developing networks, creating sales needs, closing sales and developing new sales with current customers
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Excellent written and oral English language skills
- Good computer literacy in MS Office and very good sales reporting using MS Excel
- Ability to organize and maintain large amounts of detailed information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and accept responsibility
- Excellent account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials
- Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients
- This requires the possession of a valid driver’s license within 30 days of employment
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, daily external corporate sales visits and occasional overnight travel
Preferred
- Arabic language skills
- Experience in U.S. education
- Marketing experience/degree
- TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis).
