- Placing containers at ramp as per cut-off.
- Weekly Planning & Booking containers as per TAT basis and ETA, ETD
- On receipt of shipment report from Procurement, will check ETA with concerned shipping line
- Negotiating competitive freight with various lines
- Making comparison sheet for Freight for approval
- Import - Check ETA, identify the right transporter & create POA
- Clearing Bill of entry from Dubai customs Mirsal 2 system for Customs docs submission
- Assigning Jobs & Daily work activity to store Keepers
- Stock Inventory - Ensuring store keepers cross check stock & inventory on a daily basis.
- Bring import container and after unloading if any damage found reporting to shipping line and get
- Arranging to bring Import / Export container and load/unload on time to reach Cutoff and ETD
- Cross Trade shipment to FTWZ from various origin
- Weekly circulation of POA according to QC Pass result
- Submitting Customs Docs on time before 14 days of Bill of Entry Clearance Date
- Minimum experience of 8-15 years in the logistics filed
- Good communication skills
- Aware about Jafza (Dubai) & Kizad (Abu Dhabi) regulations
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
