Your day to day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:

Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock.

Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Organize and maintain stock storage areas for easy access.

  • Stock Handling:

Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type.

Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.

  • Record Keeping:

Update inventory records and assist in maintaining accurate documentation.

Support the storekeeper in preparing reports on stock levels and inventory turnover.

  • Customer Service:

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and stock availability.

Provide support during peak hours to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Safety and Compliance:

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Adhere to company policies regarding inventory management and handling.

What We Need From You

Strong personality and hospitality traits

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good mathematical skills for managing inventory levels and conducting stock counts.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the storage and handling of goods.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry suppliers and products

Years of Experience: Min 1 - 2 years

Languages Required: English
