We are seeking a skilled Export Sales & Business Development Manager with 12 to 18 years of experience to drive our international sales efforts and expand our global market presence specifically Europe. As the Export Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in international markets.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products/services to clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in target markets.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients to secure profitable business deals.



Qualifications:




  • 12+ years of experience in export sales and business development in flexible packaging.

  • Deep understanding of European market dynamics.

  • Fluency in French.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
