A multinational Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a proven track record of 14 to 18 years in human resources. You will:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance skills and encourage career progression.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive packages that attract and retain employees.
- Implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to address organizational challenges and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English
