Job Purpose:





Demonstrating discipline expertise in placing the right candidates to the right jobs fulfilling both candidates and clients aspirations and needs while achieving company objectives.





Job Responsibilities:





Source, Screen and Shortlist Physician Candidates in accordance to clear criteria of selection to match with clients’ needs and ensure successful placements.





Explore media using different recruitment channels/platforms to post, generate and collect candidates’ profiles with different levels of skills and experience.





Interview & assess physicians candidates based on Knowledge, Skills & Attitude.





Ensure that customers, both candidates and employers, have delightful experience throughout the hiring process, from receiving employers request up to successful candidate placement. This process includes organizing interviews, following up on interviews feedback, job offers negotiations and on candidates’ placement.





Performing this job requires demonstrating professionalism, expertise, commitment, and reliable communication skills.





Following continuous improvement process for the medical team to ensure acquiring high level of recruitment skills, and knowledge of recruitment related to medical / clinical industry trends.





Attend daily briefing with the team, while preparing weekly assessment report presenting number of interviewed candidates versus applicants introduced to employers and final successful placement.





Preparing periodic reports presenting number of interviewed candidates versus applicants introduced to employers and final successful placement.





Responsible for achieving discipline financial targets as agrees with the direct manager.





Required Profile:




  • University graduate in medical related field: Medicine, Pharmacy etc.

  • Post graduate studies in HR is a plus.

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience.

  • Interpersonal, Communication, Negotiation and Leadership skills.

  • Researching skills.

  • High learning agility and passion for recruitment.




  • Fluent in English and skilled in using MS Office apps.

  • Experience using digital tools (CRM and social media) is a plus.
