Job Purpose
Support the team in implementing compliance and quality monitoring functions and activities in line with defined policies, processes and procedures. The Executive, Compliance and Quality Monitoring role provides required support to conduct quality audits and to improve processes and performance aligning with strategic goals and objectives of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Quality Monitoring Framework & Processes
- Assist in developing compliance and quality monitoring framework, policies and procedures according to best practices and frameworks.
- Support the team to ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards for Licensing and Regulatory Compliance operations and tasks by coordinating the implementation of compliance and quality monitoring processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of department’s operations.
- Execute compliance and quality monitoring framework, policies, procedures and recommendations that reflect the latest developments, and the integration of best practices.
Quality Audits and Performance Improvement
- Coordinate in executing required compliance and quality audits as per defined needs and targets.
- Consolidate internal audit results, preparation and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Support the team in planning and implementing performance improvement activities for Licensing and Regulatory Compliance operations in line with defined standards and objectives.
Support and Reporting
- Provide required support to the team to investigate and resolve complaints or issues, contributing to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compile records and prepare progress reports on compliance and quality monitoring processes and procedures, and any other required reports as per the team’s requests.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Follow all relevant department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to Quality Control in order to facilitate flow of information and also to build awareness in those areas
Day-to-Day Operations
- Follow the day-to-day operations set by the Line Manager to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high-quality outputs.
- Report on a regular basis to the Line Manager on the operational activities of the unit, its challenges, hurdles and methods of resolution or mitigation, etc. as required to keep the Line Manager informed and updated on the unit’s activities.
EHS (Environment, Health and Safety)
- Comply with all relevant EHS guidelines, policies and procedures, report incidents and hazards in a timely manner, and reduce consumption of natural resources to support in protecting the environment and ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Change Management
- Support the creation of culture susceptible to change management through a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can-do’ approach to DCT’s new business opportunities, participating in the development of new initiatives, meeting planned targets, and demonstrating preferred high-performance behaviours.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Registration and Licensing or equivalent.
Experience
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a quality role, registration and licensing, in implementing organization’s policies and processes, and/or an equivalent experience within similar roles.
