Update SAP Material Master with code creation/extension/modification/closure, BOM for verification, creation of packaging codes.
Create advanced excel reports on cost savings, SKU and Slow-Moving Product Management
Assist in SKU management, Rationalisation of base oils, additives, Updation of Testing frequency, Development of Power BI module for Monthly Tech Highlights and KPI reporting
Coordinate with TELBU Production, Planning, Laboratory in ensuring and respecting the agreed timelines with TEMME regarding reprocessing of SMAC items.
Assist Regional Tech & Manufacturing Support Engineer in necessary coordination to conduct timely Management of Change Process.

Accountabilities

Collate Technical documents like Agreed Spec Sheets, MSDS for all the Base oils and additives used in our blendable products.
Update Formulation Controlled documents, Shelf-life information of Raw Materials/Finished Products and Technical Product data sheets
Laise with the regional SAP expert team in troubleshooting all the complaints received from the stake holders regarding code management process
Coordinate with Production and QC teams to ensure the formulation documents are in full compliance with BOM in SAP system.
Create and update the track sheet of internal UMDS process
Responsible for technical activities in the absence of Regional Tech & Manufacturing Support Engineer

HSSEQ

Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position’s roles and responsibilities
To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity always.
Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TLBU QHSE & Energy Management requirements.
Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons

Compliance:

Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
