As a Desktop Support Engineer L2, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining our desktop and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.
- Technical support: Provide expert assistance to users, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to be productive.
- Network maintenance: Monitor and maintain network connectivity, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Equipment management: Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Project involvement: Contribute to technology projects, helping to implement new systems and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
