As a Desktop Support Engineer L2, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining our desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.
  • Technical support: Provide expert assistance to users, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to be productive.
  • Network maintenance: Monitor and maintain network connectivity, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Equipment management: Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other devices.
  • Project involvement: Contribute to technology projects, helping to implement new systems and processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
