Job Purpose

If you are Responsible for maintaining employee records and creating all documents throughout the entire employee life cycle (JML), while developing solid relationships with key stakeholders to maintain operational performance across NALI region. Responsibilities are carried out in strict adherence to the agreed service catalog and SLAs, under the direct supervision of the team leader., then this role is just for you!
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Coordinates, and has direct responsibility for a project or specific set of tasks related to job posting, PN creation, interviews scheduling, offer processing on system (WD).
Key Responsibilities
- Job requisition and create position for new roles.
- Execute sourcing for candidates and complete initial CV screening.
- Coordinate interview process, room bookings (F2F or Virtual), interview scheduling and candidate follow up.
- Create offer letter.
- Manage recruitment & travel expense submissions.
- Delivering feedback to candidates
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant experience in HR within a matrix organization
- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
- Good negotiation Skills.
- Sound knowledge of talent market is preferable
- Ability to work independently
- Collaborative team player
- Genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
- Has passion for Talent Acquisition
- Has a “customer care mindset”
- Strong organization skills as well as attention to details and diligence

- Proactively source for key roles, based on historical attrition and business needs.
- Be an expert in the talent landscape, and different sourcing channels for each country.
- Live through the recruitment system and give timely manners feedback to candidates.
- Work closely with the Talent Partner & Key Stakeholders.
- Giving best in class candidate experience across all touch points.
