You will work closely with the Sales Manager to assist with the following tasks:
Provide administrative support for sales projects, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communication among team members.
Assist in sales processes including lead generation and sales onboardings.
Maintain, update, and gather all documents required during sales and onboarding processes databases and end-to-end sales processes, keeping records organized and accessible.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, sending reminders and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Supporting all account communications including, general announcements, contract sending, and account follow-ups.

Exceptional organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
Proficiency in GSuite (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential. Experience with Salesforce is preferable
Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment, is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
