About the Role:

As a Technical Recruiter at Protip UK, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier technical professionals for our diverse client base. You will use your knowledge and recruitment skills to identify candidates for various technical roles, ensuring a fit of skills and experience and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns for technical roles, leveraging traditional and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of talented candidates for future and existing opportunities.
  • Utilize Zoho Recruit or equivalent recruitment software to track candidate progress through the interview process.
  • Collaborate closely with our team and clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, representing Protip UK’s values and brand.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a track record of successful placements.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar recruitment software is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
