Marketing Assistant based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Assist the team in building the Marketing calendar
- Support the implementation of the annual marketing plan for all the regional markets
- Support each action plan for various activations and store openings. For example photo shoots, in-mall marketing, tactical in-store events, KOL collaborations
- Manage asset requests with the creative team in the Headquarters
- Support the Marketing and Communications Team in managing and facilitating
- press opportunities and projects
- Distribute press releases to media to support news and product launches while facilitating press outreach initiatives including seasonal collection reviews and pitching editorial story coverage
- Product send outs and mailers, manage product and image requests for editorials
- Identify, manage, and cultivate editor and new media relationships.
- Support in the development of press and KOL target lists to maintain master contact lists
- Organize and prepare mailers including sourcing, ordering, facilitating mailing addresses, maintaining gifting target lists, handling shipments, etc.
- Monitor and report on competitor brand activity and what is happening in the local landscape
- Support the team in pre and post event preparations. Manage guest lists and RSVPs Support onsite, monitor post-event press coverage including social placements
- Organise translation of all needed contents
- Compile and execute internal and external reports as requested
Requirements
Key Requirements & Competencies
- 1 to 3 years working experience in a similar role within luxury and fashion industry
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken ( Arabic is a plus )
- Exceptional organisational and attention to details skills
- Ability to multitask and work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
- Great time management
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and guidelines
