Graduate Internship Program - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate intern to assist with various recruitment coordination activities. This program is a 6-month duration. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and talent acquisition.

YOU WILL

• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Screen and filter CVs to identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and tracking systems.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and recruitment timelines.
• Provide support to the recruitment team on day-to-day tasks.
  
  

YOU MUST HAVE

• Recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
