Job Description

As a Marketing & PR executive at Piaget, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, & desirability, re-inforcing brand distinction & local relevance, and building icons to grow the business. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing, media & PR activities consistent with the brands vision and marketing strategy across the region and in close collaboration with other local and HQ departments

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring excellence in the execution, management, and implementation of the brand’s marketing, media & communication strategy in the Middle East, India and Africa region with the aim of maximizing and building a recognized and relevant brand image for the region with a ROI approach (awareness and traffic/sales impact) in line with brand objectives

MARKETING OPERATIONS

  • Assisting in the development & implementation of 360 marketing campaigns
  • Preparing and distributing marketing material such as press releases, lookbooks, invitations, catalogues, newsletters, social media content & activation packs (for local & regional teams/partners/and agencies)
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of brand events, product launches & brand activations
  • Coordination with key stakeholders: HQ, Regional/local partners, and local agencies
  • Ensure the smooth regionalization process and support across markets.
  • Analyzing & reporting on key collections and business performance
  • Novelty &key collection feedback in coordination with retail team & boutiques across the regional
  • Monitoring & Reporting on all marketing campaigns
  • Control and optimize A&P budget for all marketing operations (Media/PR/Content)

PR

  • Assist in the development and implementation of regional Press strategy
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with press, KOLS, partners and industry contacts
  • Develop individual and integrated activation plans for each market and execute throughout the year
  • Execution of press related events for new launches, press trips, shootings & communication
  • Agency/Partner Management: Manage and build strong relationships with agencies and partners
  • Coordination for Editorial shoots, product loaning’s and press clippings
  • Attend local shoots and take care of product consignments & loanings
  • Create DMR reports & press clippings & best coverage monthly newsletter
  • Creating & managing Press + Piaget Society database list
  • Managing press gifting
  • Managing all budgets related to gifting, press trips, shoots

MEDIA

  • Coordinating with media agency on planning and implementation of advertising campaigns
  • Liaising with Headquarters & on social media/OOH campaigns and creative content development
  • Manage asset adaptations with creative agency
  • Be responsible for all print and OOH creative adaptations with the creative agency
  • Follow up with agency on digital optimization and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance on Google Analytics
  • Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign effectivenes
  • Reporting on all media activity
  • Managing all budgets related to media campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Fifth year college or university certificate in Business / Marketing / Communication.
  • 2.5-3 years of marketing experience in the luxury industry or from an agency specialized in luxury.
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual skills
  • strong interpersonal & communications skills.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (written & verbal)
  • An analytical thinker who loves to work in an international environment
  • A curious mind and highly collaborative.

  • Sense of aesthetics / creative & innovative spirit.
  • Passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for details
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Digital acumen: Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
