- Ensure that orders are being handled properly and efficiently from order placing all the way to delivery.
- Coordinate the shipment of products to customers, ensuring that all deliveries are executed.
- Report out performance and potential improvement to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor the status of shipments and escalate any issues to the Sales Manager.
- Regularly communicate with the Sales Manager to ensure that all shipments are in compliance with contract terms and customer expectations.
- Minimum 3 months experience in Shipping.
- Must Worked at Shipping Companies.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
- Military status must be exempted.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Social Insurance.
