Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.
  • Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks, deadlines, and requests to ensure the CEO's time is optimized.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Special Projects: Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as assigned by the CEO.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactivity: A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular hours if needed.
