JOB TITLE
Document Controller | MAF Properties | Development
Role Summary
This role combines the responsibilities of a sales coordinator and a document controller. The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team while ensuring the efficient management and organization of critical sales-related documents.
ROLE PROFILE
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence.
- Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
- Prepare sales presentations, and other sales-related materials.
- Ensure documents are accurately completed , indexed, and pushed to the other team.
- Monitor the flow of documents and track their progress to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain document databases and ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on document control processes and systems.
- Conduct and respond to regular audits and compliances teams to verify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in real estate developers sales documentation.
- Knowledge of sales CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English Language Fluency.
