JOB TITLE

Document Controller | MAF Properties | Development

Role Summary

This role combines the responsibilities of a sales coordinator and a document controller. The individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team while ensuring the efficient management and organization of critical sales-related documents.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence.
  • Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
  • Prepare sales presentations, and other sales-related materials.
  • Ensure documents are accurately completed , indexed, and pushed to the other team.
  • Monitor the flow of documents and track their progress to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain document databases and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on document control processes and systems.
  • Conduct and respond to regular audits and compliances teams to verify document accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in real estate developers sales documentation.
  • Knowledge of sales CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English Language Fluency.
