We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeping Officer. As a Bookkeeping Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Your keen attention to detail and ability to work independently will be key in ensuring the success of our company's financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain financial records and transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or related role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
