Job Description

Telephone Operator:

First impressions are everything! As a Telephone Operator, you will take care of the guests by answering to all the calls in our Royal Service Center.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Greet, respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service
  • Royal Service Center is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Should have min. 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
  • Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/ Russian languages would be a Plus
  • Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
