Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support agency growth and align with business objectives.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation, and employee relations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture that promotes employee well-being, collaboration, and professional development.
• Talent Management: Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-performing individuals.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with department heads and managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic HR support.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Create and implement performance management, learning and development, and succession planning programs to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
• Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to enhance performance and development.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team, offering HR-related insights and recommendations to drive organizational growth and transformation.
• Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the organization's HR capabilities.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Experience in talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
