Schedule: Full-Time, 6 Days a Week (Friday Off)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2 Flexible Hours within the Day)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to join our fast-growing team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is adept at wearing multiple hats—from front-end, back-end, to mobile app development—this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of full-stack solutions using technologies such as React, Vue, Django, and Node.js.
• Manage and contribute to mobile app projects using frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
• Oversee multiple projects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Juggle parallel tasks while balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Implement best practices in software development and ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of all solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the team to solve complex technical problems, drive innovation, and guide decisions.
• Proactively manage DevOps processes, cloud services, and platform optimizations, with a preference for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong full-stack development expertise, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native).
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
