Job Title: Art Director

Scope:

Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative aspects of visual projects, from concept to execution. You will collaborate closely with design teams, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce compelling visual content that aligns with the brand's vision. Your role will involve leading brainstorming sessions, providing guidance to junior designers, and ensuring that all creative outputs meet high-quality standards. Additionally, you will communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into effective visual campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the creative team in developing visual concepts for digital and traditional media campaigns.
• Overseeing the design and execution of all visual elements for marketing projects, including websites, advertisements, and branding materials.
• Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to ensure the consistency and quality of visual content.
• Guiding and mentoring junior designers and creative staff.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in art direction, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design leadership.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
