Founding Marketing Manager and be part of a mission to revolutionize the way people grow their online presence. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the marketing direction and be a key voice in our early-stage decision-making process.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, user growth, and engagement.
- Lead User Acquisition Campaigns: Create and manage digital campaigns (paid, organic, social) to scale user acquisition across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Content & Community Building: Lead content marketing initiatives (blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts) that align with Soshial’s mission to help users consistently grow their audience. Build and nurture a community of loyal users.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless marketing experience and impactful product launches.
- Brand Development: Define Soshial brand voice, messaging, and positioning to establish us as a thought leader in LinkedIn growth and AI-powered content creation.
- Measure & Optimize: Track key performance metrics, continuously optimizing for better results in user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech startup environment. Previous experience with AI or social media tools is a strong plus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling brands from early stages, particularly in user acquisition, growth marketing, and community building.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO) and marketing analytics.
- Creative Thinker: Ability to design and execute creative campaigns that stand out in a crowded market.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable working with data to make informed marketing decisions and optimizations.
- Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make impactful decisions.
- Passion for Social Media: Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a platform and passion for helping people grow their online presence.
