Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining a clean, organized environment and providing excellent support to employees and visitors. If you have a strong service orientation and attention to detail, we’d love to have you on board.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages for employees and visitors.

Collect and clean crockery and cutlery after use.

Maintain cleanliness of the office, warehouse, kitchen, and bathrooms, including equipment.

Organize the storeroom and monitor stock levels.

Keep track of and order soft drinks and other consumables.

Replenish fridges with drinks and ensure they are always stocked.

Assist the reception and administration departments with various tasks.

Help with deliveries and other office errands.

Qualifications:

School certificate.

Experience in hospitality.

Administration and cleaning experience is a plus.

Polite and service-oriented.

High attention to detail and cleanliness.

Strong communication skills.
