Maintain the established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.

  • Responsible for perpetual inventory
  • Prepare the re-order level, Minimum level, Danger level
  • Coordinate, and providing sufficient information to Materials Management about the stock status, suppliers quality efficiency, and expiration of date etc..
  • Responsible for the planning and management of arranging the stock status for the easy handling of required items, by putting code no or tags.
  • Receive incoming all items and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
  • Inspect the items for damages or defects: records discrepancies or damages in shipments and notifies to Kitchen Supervisor
  • Arrange stocks in a proper and follow the concept of FIFO
  • Send purchase request to concerned personnel for the reordering of inventory items.
  • Prepare various stock reports and maintaining filing of records.
  • Responsible for data entries
  • Prepare the monthly inventory report for the kitchen and present to the Executive Chef
  • Prepare the expired item list periodically for the Kitchen Items.
  • Maintain a register for expiry of items.
  • Responsible for maintaining the computerized store management system.
  • Prepare the necessary documents for annual stock taking.
  • Prepare various stock reports.
  • Participate in educational programs and in-service meetings.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Responsible for arrangement of stocks in a proper and scientific manner.
