Job Purpose
Manages and oversees the day-to-day construction operations on a job site. And works closely with the project manager, construction team, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Technical Accountabilities
- Drawings, specifications & drawings
- Interprets and implements construction plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Maintains detailed records and documentation of construction activities preparing site reports and logging progress assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
Site visits & Specifications
- Ensures compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols ensuring that sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
- Conducts regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
- Collaborates closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion, Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site to ensure smooth work.
Identifies potential risks and implements preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards, providing technical expertise and advice to the construction team as needed to solve problems on site

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering is a must.
- 3-4 years of experience, 3 years at least in the same role in construction companies.
- Willing to work in a temporary office or any under construction site
- Good user of engineering computer software (AutoCAD - Revit - Sketchup).
