Synopsis

To manage the organisation documentation system to ensure effective control and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for managing organisations documentation and record keeping
  • Responsible for the analysis of data and trends from the Compliance Monitoring System, and to the innovative presentation of the CMS outputs
  • Responsible for Compliance department’s administrative tasks
  • Administrate the Document Management System and liaise with technical support where necessary
  • Author, edit and publish company Process Library documents, as required
  • Maintain the Compliance-related SharePoint sites in terms of content update, access control and functionality
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize information quality and data trends
  • Identify and formulate robust workflows to innovate and automate compliance monitoring functions wherever possible
  • Maintain the departmental data (PowerPoint and PowerBI) presented at monthly management meetings

Education & Experience

  • University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferable in an aviation-related role
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including PowerBI
  • Familiarity with documentation management software (WebManuals preferred), and/or documentation control systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
