Job Description
Job Summary:
The purpose of the role is to support the Project Manager in all aspects of Tier 2 and Tier 3 types of project handling.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Execution of Tier 01, Tier 02 orders.
- Review customer purchase orders terms, payment achievements and process it on Emerson business systems.
- Perform trade compliance review and checks for all purchase orders received.
- Following PMO project execution process for assigned orders- Commercial & compliance reviews, Project Planning
- Coordination/ Documentation cycle, industry codes and customer terms and delivery criteria.
- Handle Changes- Considering technical and commercial impacts Support PMs in a proactive and timely manner.
- Cost matching as per actuals in all enterprise reporting systems (Oracle) for POR reports.
- Handle X-BU Orders and Orders from key accounts.
- Vendor Management, PO issue, PO receiving, Vendor Invoice booking, setting up vendor, etc.
- Expedite with factory, and ensure past due orders are managed with Date management standards.
- Working closely with Project Engineers to ensure project commercial requirements are met.
- Support in fixing monthly sales POR by backlog validation process.
- Logistics coordination between factory, customers, and freight forwarders.
- Coordinate with customer and factory for deliveries of repaired or returned items through SR process.
- Responsible for submitting CAD / Letter of Credit / ABG and PBG to Finance and customer and follow up for payment.
- Receive the items in purchase order and regular follow up with payables teams for vendor payment

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A University degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 2 - 3 years of professional working experience in an administrative role,
- Experience with business tools, systems and customers.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- English language proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- To be customer-focused, a good communicator, committed and proactive
