Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Tour & Ticketing Operation Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel operations, specifically within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate tour bookings, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers in the Saudi market.
  • Handle inquiries related to travel packages, itineraries, and ticketing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tour and ticketing operations, with a focus on the Saudi market.
  • Strong knowledge of booking systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
