We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our HR department.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Welcome new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and timekeeping.
- HRIS Management: Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, and assist with conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
