Fresh Graduates to join our team, no prior experience is required! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our English-speaking clients. Candidates located near 6th of October are highly preferred.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
- Excellent proficiency in the Arabic language
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
