ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard company premises, prevent unauthorized access and mitigate the risk of theft or tampering, while ensuring tasks are executed with utmost precision.


ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a comprehensive security plan for the company's sites, utilizing available tools and technologies. Submit a detailed report outlining the security requirements for each site.
  • Assess the capabilities of the security team, ensuring appropriate personnel placement, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Communicate and implement senior management's instructions effectively, ensuring their successful completion by subordinates.
  • Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of all licenses required for site operations (operating license, weapons renewal, civil defense, vehicle operating licenses, etc..). Report any observations or issues to the relevant departments.
  • Oversee the site's document management process, ensuring compliance with company policies and making necessary improvements to align with business needs.
  • Monitor and collect information on the behavior of site workers, both from a security standpoint and from other departments, to mitigate any potential harm to the company, such as strikes or sit-ins.
  • Establish and maintain a network of relationships with government agencies to promptly resolve any work-related obstacles.


ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

  • Certificate from the Ministry of Interior for Service (Former Officer).
  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a law enforcer at the Ministry of Interior.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant position would be beneficial.
  • Ability to lead the security, risks & governmental affairs.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Risk Management.
