Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be part of the sales team within our Watches and Fine Jewellery Boutique and will contribute to the development of sales by offering our clients the highest level of customer service.

Your main responsibilities are:

Client Experience/Development


  • Deliver the ultimate Chanel experience in order to create strong relationships with clients and encourage brand loyalty.
  • Preparing and implementing actions on client commercial/non-commercial activations (eg’ novelty launches, events, special occasions, and other client gestures; Maximize one to one appointments
  • Utilize CRM tools/resources, formalize CRM activities on CRM app, and achieve CRM objectives.


Sales


  • Achieve individual sales targets and other defined yearly objectives
  • Work in collaboration with and support team to achieve boutique objectives
  • Ensure that sales and all other Chanel related procedures are followed accurately


Boutique Organization


  • Ensure that grooming standards are in line with Chanel image as outlined in the Chanel boutique charter
  • Check stock levels regularly, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts
  • Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management on boutique and operational excellence


Your profile

You have 3 to 5 years Sales experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with Watches & Jewellery. You have a solid understanding of luxury, you are passionate about Jewellery and you are client oriented.

Your strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills will be real assets to succeed in this position.

English and Arabic communication skills are a must.

Position is based in our Watches and Fine Jewellery Boutique, Dubai Mall.
