Job Description
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Plans and coordinates work, trains, motivates, monitors, and evaluates performance of the team.
2 Maintains equipment arrangement to complete the receiving assignment in a safe and an effective manner.
3 Reviews records for information accuracy and its compliance with established procedures. 4 Provides written and oral instructions and improves the efficiency of the receiving subordinates.
5 Ensures that the goods requested are accepted in accordance with the purchase orders. Reports any missing goods to the Purchasing Department.
6 Controls the purchased goods at the time of receipt concerning their content, quantity, and expiry date.
7 Follows the instructions given by the Financial Controller.
8 Distributes the goods requested to the respective departments.
9 Controls the invoices and delivery slips, enters the information into the system, prints the data, and then sends the invoice and other print outs to the S/P system after the storage house and cost controls are carried out.
10 Solves any problems with vendors concerning invoices.
11 Carries out the procedures for goods to be returned.
12 To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
13 To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment.
14 To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment and lead to staffs. 15 To provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.
16 Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
17 Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
Qualifications
Education: 4-year bachelor's degree.
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
Foreign Language: Not required.
Computer Literacy: MS Office applications. MC knowledge.
