We’re seeking a passionate and experienced People Partner/HR Manager to support our functions in Egypt and Jordan, with this role based on-site in Cairo. We're looking for someone to start in November, so if you're ready to make an impact, this could be the perfect opportunity!

In this role, you'll manage key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, development planning, and employee relations. You’ll ensure compliance with local regulations while coaching managers to maximise team performance. Working closely with General Managers and global teams, you’ll drive engagement through leadership training, company events, and supporting regional initiatives.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • Experience in operational HR as described above (3+ years preferred) in a full generalist capacity in the Middle East – specifically Egypt and Jordan
  • Experience in handling industry relations matters, dealing and negotiating with trade unions and bargaining councils
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) is essential
  • Strong knowledge of local labour regulations, HR procedures, and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment with resilience and responsiveness to fluctuating workloads
