The Role
Are you passionate about attracting top talent and creating seamless onboarding experiences? We’re looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Executive to join the team and help us build a talent pipeline that drives success across our schools and regional operations.

As the Recruitment and Onboarding Executive, you will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting talented professionals for a wide variety of roles. You’ll ensure best practices are applied throughout the recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to guiding new hires through their onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Use social media, job boards, and other channels to attract top talent for roles within our schools and regional team.
• Candidate Management: Screen, evaluate, and track candidates throughout the process using our applicant tracking system(ATS).
• Onboarding Process: Manage new joiner documentation, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and personnel records, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams and candidates to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Event Coordination: Organise job fairs, conferences, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
• New Hire Support: Act as a point of contact for new employees, assisting them with their transition and addressing any onboarding queries.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly reports and support ad-hoc projects as required by management.
Skills and Experience
Required Experience:
• 2+ years of experience within a recruitment and onboarding environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of the education market is an advantage.
Knowledge:
• Familiarity with recruitment policies, procedures, and onboarding best practices.
• Working understanding of UAE employment laws (knowledge of wider GCC laws is a plus).
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and create a positive candidate experience.
• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate diverse needs and backgrounds of new employees.
