Prepare the concept design inspiration, mood board and material selection in accordance to the design program and requirements.
Provide the 3D modeling and detailed design of interior spaces and exterior architecture.
Proven post-qualification experience in producing high-quality architectural / interior still images and animations.
Fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations, and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
Experience with animation, video, and compositing would be beneficial.
Ability to create extremely photo-realistic Exterior, Landscape Visuals, and Animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and advanced Lumion.
Select the look and feel of materials and furniture and assist in the selection of furniture items and objects.

Requirements

Experience: From 3 years’ experience to 5 years.
Degree in Architecture or interior design.
Ability to take on multiple tasks and coordinate to ensure they are delivered on time.
3+ years of professional experience in a similar position and a solid work portfolio.
Strong conceptual, 3D modeling, graphic and design skills.
Must be an expert user of 3D Max, Vray, corona, Auto-cad, Adobe Photoshop suite.
Must have a strong design portfolio including 3D rendering of residential and commercial projects.
Excellent written and spoken English.
