Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in HR administration or finance/accounting (2-3 years).
  • Previous experience in Invoice Processing:
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage invoice discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Previous experience payroll processing or related administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
