Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at RAYA CX's location in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer service, technical support, and global services to clients across various industries on a day-to-day basis.

- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus
