Position Banking Rleationship Officer,

Location : Cairo Egypt

Level : Middle Management

Reporting to : Head office (UAE)

Experience : GCC Experience

Location: based in Cairo, serving KSA, UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer Banking to oversee and maintain relationships with banks across our group of companies. The candidate will be based in Cario managing the banking facilities in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

  • Manage and maintain relationships with all banks where the company holds bank facility.
  • Liaise with banks for smooth completion of account opening processes for all group companies.
  • Coordinate with bank officials for periodic KYC updates and ensure bank mandates are updated as required.
  • Assist in obtaining access to banking e-channels for the company.
  • Treasury Management
  • Review bank documents/applications and ensure proper completion before seeking authorized signatures.
  • Maintain and update banking files periodically including bank facilities.
  • Review facility offer letters and propose beneficial changes to management
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Trade Finance products like Letter of Credit and Letter of Guarantees
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Client Services, and Internal
  • Stakeholders to address banking related matters.
  • Act as the first point of contact for handling queries and liaison between the bank and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of bank facility letters, facility utilization, and pricing.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation of Letter of Credit and Letter of guarantee.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of banking terminologies
  • Solid understanding of banking e-channels and related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and banking platforms

  • Take on additional duties within capabilities and scope of work as required
  • Adaptability to work with multiple branches across different locations

  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
